Shipping & Returns

You should receive your package within 2-3 working days*. If you have specific shipping requirements, please let us know so we can work something out for you.

FREE DELIVERY in New Zealand for all orders over $150.

*The expected delivery times are only estimates, and depend on the availability of your order, your location and acceptance of payment.
Should you not receive your package within 3-5 working days, please contact us so we can remedy the problem.

Returns

We do our very best to ensure that your package will arrive in perfect condition. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you have ordered, please email us so we can put things right.

Please note:

  • To ensure that you are able to return your goods, email us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
  • Goods are returned to Funky Frog at your expense, however if products are faulty, or sent to you in error, we will refund or credit the cost of the return postage.
  • If you qualified for free delivery, we do not refund your delivery costs. We will deduct the delivery charges you would have paid from your refund amount.
  • We will only accept goods that are original condition (unused, unwashed, free of smells, marks or foreign objects), and in their original undamaged/unaltered packaging. Goods must be posted back to us within 7 days.
  • We will only accept goods returned with prior notification.
  • We cannot accept any goods that have been worn, used, had their labels removed, altered or damaged.
  • We do not refund or exchange Sale / Clearance items, or DVDs.
  • Include the following with your returning package: Your name, a copy of your e-mail address and your emailed receipt.
  • One a refund has been actioned, it might take a few days for your bank to process and post the transaction to your account.
  • Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the person who bought the gift

Exchanges

  • In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and returns policy (as above).
  • When exchanging an item, the buyer will be responsible for the postage costs to return the old item, and also the postage costs to ship the new item.
  • Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received in accordance with the returns policy (see above).

Cancellation of orders

If you change your mind about an order prior to it being sent, you may cancel it. But if your order has already been sent you will be required to return the package at your own cost for an exchange or store credit (voucher) only.

Wrong item sent

In the very unlikely event that the wrong item is sent to you, please send us an email within 7 days of receipt to arrange return and replacement delivery.

Faulty items

Should a product fail, we will do everything possible to see that the manufacturer fixes or replaces the product to your satisfaction.

Missing items

In the unlikely event that your order goes missing in transit, we will assist in placing a claim with the appropriate postal carrier, and if the claim is granted we will replace the missing goods or give you a voucher code for store credit.

Damaged goods during delivery

In the unfortunate event that an item has been damaged in transit, please contact us so we can work out a solution – whether an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price.


As Funky Frog is a New Zealand retailer you have the added benefit that we must comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act administered by the Ministry of Consumer affairs.
