Can International customers place an order?
Yes, definitely. At this stage we only ship in New Zealand, but we accept orders
from all International customers who want to ship to addresses in NZ.
Do you ship to countries other than New Zealand?
At this stage we only ship to addresses in NZ, but we plan to have international
shipping available in future.
Can I pay in another currency?
All pricing on the website is in New Zealand Dollars with GST (Goods and Services
Tax) of 12.5% included in the price.
Are there any hidden charges for postage, packaging or GST?
No, the final amount will be made clear before payment is authorised.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay using one of the following payment options:
Pay by Credit Card:
This is the most convenient way of online shopping. Make payments online with
your Visa or MasterCard. At the checkout, simply select the option to pay by
credit card. You will be redirected to a secure-server page where you can enter
your credit card information, and your credit card will be charged to the value
of your purchase in New Zealand dollars.
Pay by Direct Banking (in New Zealand Dollars):
New Zealand customers can pay via Internet banking. At the checkout, select
the option to pay by Online Banking - banking details will be provided at this
time. Shipment will be made once payment has cleared, so please keep in mind
that it can take several days for funds to appear in our account.
Pay by Cheque:
You can purchase something by cheque - please contact us if you would prefer
this option. Please note that your cheque must be cleared before we can ship
your purchase.
How do I know if my order has been placed?
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation from us. All
orders will be processed and dispatched upon receipt of payment - usually within
24 hours.
What are the shipping / delivery costs?
Flat fee of $5.00 for NZ-wide orders. Delivery time 2-3 working days (longer
for South Island orders)
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Usually, if an item is out of stock, it will not show on the website. Occasionally,
due to high demand, we may be out of stock of certain items. If we do not
have an item in stock that you have ordered, you will be contacted via email
or by phone.
How will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered by either ParcelPost Tracked, or Fastway Couriers
in NZ. Please remember to add a note in the “Delivery instructions”
if you have any special instructions about the delivery of your order.
How soon will my order arrive?
We will dispatch your order within 1 day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Thus, for most standard orders, delivery will be made about 2 days after dispatch.
Rural and South Island deliveries may take a little longer (3-4+ days after
dispatch). If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let
us know and we will do our best to meet this. We can arrange a faster courier
if you wish (please email us for rates).
What if my package is damaged / lost in the mail?
We take care with packaging to ensure the articles arrive in their original
condition, but cannot accept responsibility for broken/lost items caused by
freight and handling by carriers. We will however do everything possible to
ensure this does not happen and follow up on any lost/damaged items with the
carriers.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we will gift-wrap your order in a lovely unisex giftwrap, and add a card
– all at a very small cost.
Can my order be sent as a gift to someone?
Yes! We have a gorgeous unisex gift wrapping option and card, you can provide
a message that will be handwritten in the card.
Giftwrapping will come up as an option at the time of checkout - please remember
to enter the gift recipient’s address in the delivery address section of the
shopping cart.
How do I create a wish list?
You can create a wish list for your baby shower or special occasions. Just add items to your wish list from the product page.

Is it possible to request certain products in your brand range?
Yes! We don’t always stock every product that a particular brand provides,
but we can look at ordering something in for you if you were interested.
Leaking cloth nappies:
If you experience leaks from any cloth nappy purchased from us, please contact
us - most leaks are easily fixed by improving the nappy’s fit, increasing
absorbency or changing your washing method slightly.
Is your website secure for online shopping?
The security of your transaction is extremely important to us. Your credit card details are verified by ANZ Bank via the secure DPS payment system, using 128 bit encryption technology. ANZ bank completes the entire transaction; Funky Frog never handle or store your credit card details at any stage. Please contact us should you have any further questions on online security.
